We have compiled an assortment of frequently asked questions in order to help you quickly answer any Regina Apartment Rental questions you may have. 

How can a viewing of the property be arranged?

Viewings can be arranged by calling 306-569-3799 or by contacting us using our Rental Inquiries form. Evening and weekend viewings may be available by appointment.

What is the Security Deposit?

A security deposit is held in trust as security for any damages or deficiencies caused by the tenant to the rental unit or property. The deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent, will be returned within 7 business days of move-out, provided there are no damages, outstanding rent, or cleaning deficiencies.

When am I required to pay the full Security Deposit?

A minimum of one-half of the security deposit is required upon signing the lease. The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) months after possession.

How long am I required to sign a lease?

We have two options: 6 months and 12 months.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on or before the first (1st) day of each month. Late fees will be automatically charged to the tenant’s account if rent is not received on time.

What are the rent payment options?

Payment may be made by six (6) months of post-dated cheques, e-transfer, or cash.

What utilities are included in monthly rent?

Heat and water are included in the rent for all apartment buildings. Utilities are not included for other types of residential units, such as duplexes.

Are there designated parking spots?

Most apartment complexes include one assigned off-street parking stall with an electrical outlet.

Is smoking allowed in the rental property?

Smoking, including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping, is prohibited inside any rental unit or common area.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited per building. Restrictions on the size and type of pets apply, with a maximum of one (1) pet permitted per unit. Pet fees will be charged in addition to rent.
